Detailed briefing and introduction for test persons

Special attention is given to a detailed briefing of the test persons, always done using written manuals to familiarize them with their tasks. Should a personal introduction into the material be necessary, the test persons are also contacted via phone or trained in person. Alternatively, there is an online training course with final performance review.

 

Central project control

gorath servicetest has an internet based database of test personnel throughout the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria and Switzerland at our disposal. The interviews are done using online software. On request, the results can be made available within 24 hours of conducting the test. Having passed quality controls, each client can access the results on an online portal, which is individually configured for them.

The results are recorded on detailed questionnaires and analyzed professionally using the market research program SPSS.

 

Close communication with the clients
